Journalist Andy Dunn believes that Chelsea manager Jose Mourinho requires total control in his job.

Speaking on the Monday Night Club, he said, “Jose Mourinho is a guy who in his office has CCTV on each training pitch, so he can see what the Under 17’s are doing on one pitch, what the senior team are doing on another. He knows when they’re clocking in, he knows when they’re clocking out”.

Mourinho was charged with misconduct by the Football Association over his language and behaviour on Monday.

The Blues are currently 15th in the Premier League, after losing five of their opening ten Premier League fixtures.
